What makes your coffee different?
All of our offerings are 100% organic, single-origin, specialty beans sourced from farmers and cooperatives that share our love for quality. Each batch is roasted with intention,  balancing sweetness, clarity, and depth, and packed with care.

Is your coffee organic?
Yes! Every coffee we roast is 100% organic. That means clean flavor and no shortcuts. We believe the best coffee starts with the best farming practices.

Freshness & Roasting

How fresh is your coffee?
We roast in small batches and ship quickly so you can enjoy the freshness in every cup.

When do you ship coffee orders?
We ship at the beginning of each week (Monday–Tuesday) so your coffee arrives within a few days of roasting. This also prevents your order from sitting in a shipping facility over the weekend. Orders placed later in the week will ship the following Monday or Tuesday,  whether you place a one-time order or subscribe.

Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible at [your email]. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after fulfillment.

Gifts & Personalization

Can I include a gift message with my order?
Absolutely! You can add a gift message at checkout and we'll hand-write it on a note card included with your order, a personal touch that makes every gift feel extra special.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Refunds

Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns, but we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll work with you on a refund.

What if my item arrives damaged?
We're so sorry! Please reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
