Refund policy

At Emilie's Signature Coffee, we want every order to arrive in excellent condition and be enjoyed as intended.

Because our coffee is a perishable food product, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any coffee purchases.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact.bluegrassmercantile@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • (optional) Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. However, if your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Gift Orders

We are unable to offer returns or refunds on gift orders unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
